Service Description. This Site describes House Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Condo Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Deep Cleaning provided by C&C cleaning service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. C&C cleaning service (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, C&C cleaning service's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C&C cleaning service from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. NY law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NY.
Term Changes. C&C cleaning service may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
